Eleven's recent and on-going brand refresh required a redesign of every piece of printed and digital collateral. These pieces are heavy touchpoints for both potential and recently committed guests.

This guidebook was created as an element to be sent to guest ahead of their stay and to be printed and placed in the guest's room. It features local favorites such as restaurants, cafes, and shops. Each guide matches the feel of each town while still adhering to Eleven's brand guidelines.

Guest Gifts

A postcard, thank you note, and stamps were designed as takeaways for guests. It was created as a fun and interesting way for guests to remember their stay as well as promote Eleven's brand.

Many pieces of collateral and marketing materials were created to prepare a new guest for their upcoming experience. Each piece designed had to adhere to the Eleven brand as well as promote the specific property, each located in various places around the world.

Pre-Arrival Guide

This guide was sent to guests prior to their stay at one of the Eleven properties. It shows what they can expect as well as gets them excited to speak with their Experience Manager about booking specialty activities, such as wellness treatments.

Product Sheets

Created a detail booklet for every season at every Eleven property. These were used as sales tools and contained a large amount of information as well as imagery.

Sample itineraries were created for every season at every property as a sales tool. This required the collaboration between the product development team, sales team, and marketing team.

Marketing

Email Marketing

Newsletters and display ads are used to promote Eleven. Newsletters were designed to be used efficiently by the design team as well as be visually appealing for the recipients and drive bookings.

Email Marketing

A variety of templated emails were created that resulted in a 400% increase in bookings as well as an increase in design efficiency. Each email promoted a different property and product.
